Many Women seem to heed the urge of being on the Open Road. Working with much more flexible schedules, Even creating more job availability for women, Much better chances of, Getting much better competitive salaries right along with the guys. And also, Creating more chances at getting to the Trucking Industry's Many oppurtunities for Women.

It is starting to seem these days, From what I have personally as a Female Driver have noticed, That even to this day, That there are more women choosing to get behind the wheel of a Big Rig all over this Great Nation, And all over the World!

Just being a Woman Trucker in an almost Totally Male-Run Industry, Will always come with its own unique set of problems. Right along with all the issues and corruption of Government and Big Trucking Companies doing all the Drivers in anyway they seem to possibly get away with.

One Major Obvious Reality we deal with on a daily basis, Is right in front of our face every single day...Constantly reminding us, Whose really in control of Our Industry. Just Go and Fuel up your Rigs, Owner Operators, Are being done in at The Pump. How much longer do you all think ALL of the Trucking Industry is going to be able to handle? If prices keep going the way they are?

I mean honestly, At the very next Truck Stop, Just stop and look...And you will see just what I mean. The price of FUEL....

Sometimes I just want to get to the Drivers, Who are in this Trucking Industry to just Stop... And take a minute to understand how Valuable a Woman Trucker really is...And not just some Lot Lizard because there is a female in a Big Rig parking lot. Sexual Harrassment is another major issue for all us girls. So I helped co-found this site called I10Trucking, Who caters to Women Truck Drivers, And New Up and Coming Female Truckers.

Who can find specific Trucking Industry incites, Including Good Safety Tips, Learning Self Defense is something ALL women need to know. Girls we know we don't always do things just like a man, We have our own unique way of doing things too, Without being too girly to do the job.
