Driver Health Insurance is certainly something all drivers need but not everyone can afford. And until our government gets their act together (holding our breath!)and figures out a way to protect us with our own tax money instead of wasting it we will continue to see Owner Operators and Company Drivers being completely wiped out financially when they or their loved ones fall ill to a serious or even fatal disease.

Unfortunantly our leaders (who we put in office) never have to worry about this since they either have the money to cover any health care costs they may incure or they vote themselves insurance coverage that they would never allow us to have I guess because they consider themselves so much more important than the rest of us.
